3-2-1 Blastoff?

I want to move to WC'ing but am looking for a near silent setup. Is this possible to do while keeping decent temperatures?
Do most of your systems sound like a space shuttle being launched when you start them up?
My other question, is 2 120mm fans blowing 40-50cfm each sufficient enough to cool a radiator with CPU and GPU in the line?
Overall I just want to know if near silent watercooling is possible.

Yes, definitely, i got 3 yate loons on a MCR320 and they just make a slight slight hum..i can sleep easily while its 3 feet from me. 40-50cfm would work me thinks
