p5e vs. Maximus

What's the benefit of the Maximus over the p5E??
The layout looks the same.. Minus a lan and a few other non-essentials.

Alot more ocing features, namly if your into subzero cooling then the maximus is the way to go imo. if your just water or air cooling the other is fine or unless you just want the higher end one.
