Both are at Tiger, no idea if KFA is a good brand, but anyway, they're in stock and pretty cheap..

That Galaxy one has a cooler that looks like a crappy knock-off of the Zalman VF-900.

The galaxy card is a non-reference design that is supposedly better with a 3 phase power setup. Its supposed to run cooler and oc better...
