Looking for a motherboard

Is there a motherboard that is good for overclocking, that will accept my current processor(E6300) but will be able to take the newer quad cores if i decide to upgrade in the near future?

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard and ram without having to immediatly get a new processor. Any answers are appreciated.

P35 and X38 chipsets are good for overclocking and as far as I have heard both will support the new CPU's.

cool, thanks guys...I'm still having a problem choosing because of money reasons. I forgot to take into account that I am going to have to buy a copy of Vista. and it is so damned expensive, its about half of what i was planning on having to spend.
and i still need to buy ram, psu, and whether or not i want to buy two hd's for raid...damned software
