I'm fixing to upgrade to an AMD X2 (939) and I'm wondering if the Apogee water block is suitable for the job. No its not the most current block. But if it works for now it works. I will upgrade it at tax time. See sig for more details on my system. The only other upgrade I will currently do is memory. Following is a link to the block I currently have:
http://www.swiftnets.com/products/Apogee.asp

The product facts state it can be used with certain processors with no mention of dual cores. That is why I wanted to ask first.

Apogee should theoretically have near identical performance to Apogee GT on dual-cores, but 1-3 C hotter on quads.

So you probably shouldn't upgrade till you pick up a quad, even then, its probably not worth 50$
