USB Bootable Drive to Flash BIOS

How do you make a bootable USB drive so that I can flash the BIOS on the abit IN9 32x Max. It doesn't have support for Exx50 CPUs out of the box, so Flashing the BIOS is the first thing I need to do. I don't have a floppy drive available to use at all. If it comes down to it, I will just go buy one... But I don't want to have to do that. Someone here has got to know! Help!
