Amazon.com

I was a big user of Amazon.com until I had a problem with an order and after twenty minutes of searching could not find ANY contact information on their site. Not even an email address for customer service.

Had no other option but to cancel my order. This is very disappointing as I have used Amazon.com for years and have had no problems contacting customer service in the past. Seems they took all contact info off their site.

Wont use them again until that is resolved.

Edit: DOH!!! Found the contact info... Admins can delete this please

You canceled your order before Googling for the contact page?

Um, I'm sorry to say it's very simple
www.amazon.com -> Scroll to the bottom and click Help
Click on the big box right hand side that says "Customer Service: Contact Us"
Login and you have orders, email, and telephone support.
