Hello WC community, I am close to completeing all my WC equipment purchases. I just purchased an apogee gt and microres from a member of Hardforums. I noticed some white residue inside the reservoir and i guess its safe to say that residue may be in the water block as well. HOw would i go about cleaning that out? WOuld MIneral SPirits work? Can you guys reccommend a cleaning agent I can use? Thanks

Run some water mixed with vinegar through the components. You can basically just setup a temporary loop, fill it with water/vinegar mixture, let it run for about an hour, and then rinse every thing off really well, repeat if necessary.

I would use distilled water with a little vinegar.

If the top of the block is easy to remove I would also take it off and use a toothbrush if there is any buildup inside.
