Call of Duty 4 Timedemo/Benchmark?

Does anyone have any timedemos to benchmark CoD4? And possibly some instructions on how to use a timedemo? I'm interested to see how a few settings affect it.

Create timedemo in Call of Duty 4
Call of Duty 4
In multiplayer mode, you can record and playback timedemos in Call of Duty 4.
1. Record the demo through the console with /record [name] and /stoprecord to finish it.
2. The demos will be stored in .../Call of Duty 4/main/demos
3. If you try to play back CoD4 demos directly, the game (http://forum.benchmarkreviews.com/showthread.php?p=13718#) will crash. Instead, copy the demo folder into .../Call of Duty 4/Mods/ModWarfare and start Call of Duty 4.
4. Once loaded, select Mods and load ModWarefare and the game will re-start with the mod loaded.
5. Then bring down the console and type /demo [name] to watch the recording (http://forum.benchmarkreviews.com/showthread.php?p=13718#) or /timedemo [name] to benchmark (http://forum.benchmarkreviews.com/showthread.php?p=13718#) it.
6. The results will be shown in the extended console (Shift + `)
I personally have not tried it, but it may work.

When I have time I will test to see how well this works.
