Quick Disconnects and flow rate

Can I get some opinions about quick disconnects and how badly they effect flow rate. Specifically These if anyone has used them. They have some charts up but I'm not very good at making heads or tails of those those

They will hurt flow. Adding them will be like adding blocks or smaller diameter tubing.

Two questions.

1. What pump are you using?
2. How many of these are you planning to use?

Waste of money IMO. I would worry about the potential for leakage.
