How to disable Memory Check at the start?

This didn't happened before but now its going through the memory and it takes like 4-5 seconds to scan through it.

Before it would just act like I hit ESC and it would cut to the chase and pin point it down.

It might be the "Quick power on self test" in the "Bios Features Setup Menu"
