What GFX card do you recommend for £180 ?

I currently have a GeForce 2mx DDR. I'm getting really crap framerates in 3d games and would like to upgrade soon...so, what would you recommend for £180 ? To keep me going until I have enough for a GeForce 4 or alike.

Radeon 7500 or Radeon 8500 probably.

Guessing 180 is around 270 USD then I'd probably really go with the Radeon since I hear the GeForce 4 is coming out early spring(heard it along time ago so don't take my word.)

save up another few quid and get an 8500 (make sure it's retail, not OEM)

What size monitor do you run and what resolution do you play at?
as long as you dont go beyond 1024x768 you will be fine with even a 100 dollar card. but to go beyond that and to do it well your gonna need something near the 300 dollar mark. :beer:
