surely i should be getting more than 1021 points with this new setup ? I installed the newest drivers I could find, I'm using DX8.1 and my bios has been recently updated. Anyone know where I can get a list of similar results as I can't find any...?

I may be Pi**ing in the wind here, but doesn't the A7A266 have an Ali chipset and not a Via?

Ok, I just checked, it does have the Ali chipset.

DO NOT INSTALL THE VIA 4in1 DRIVERS!!!

But, all the rest of what funnyperson1 suggested, you should do. Installing the 4in1's would screw up you operating installation and the only real way to get rid of them afterwards is a re-install.

yeah I wonder what settings you are using too. are they all default settings or 1600x1200x32 cuz that would be it right there.
