Core 0.95 Vs. Gigabyte Bios Temp reading

i am trying to get a good temp gauge while ocing my system - seems that the bios is about 10 degrees higher then core 0.95

while writing this core is showing 23 -23 degrees and im running at 400mhz fsb. about 70 mhz higher then stock. My concern is that i dont see the heat rising as i oc.
