Best suggestion for a microATX mobo for possible o/c'ing

As some of you may know, I've been trying to upgrade my HP pavilion, and now that I found out the P3 won't work, I'm going to do an overall upgrade with the system. (New power supply, about 320 watts, 4GB Ram, Core 2 Duo) But I can't decide on a decent motherboard that would be able to overclock the core 2, since I don't want to spend $100 to get one of a larger frequency

Please help :confused:
 
Thank you all for the input, I'm currently looking at Asus right now and it looks like they have some pretty good stuff. But now I'm starting to change my mind if I want to do this, or sell the dell and get the Compaq c700t laptop off of hp's website
