I planned this case about 3 months ago and finally decided to start it since I'm on holiday break and will have plenty of free time, ordered the parts a while ago and just have got around to it. I chose an Ozzy theme for this case simply because well Ozzy is awesome and i just love skulls and crosses. Designed it with photoshop cs2 originally and just drew up a sketchup model and painted on the pics. This mod will only be case mod atm because i have no money for parts, but that may change later on. I always aim as high as i can so although this only my second mod i think it'll turn out great, or at least be good learning experience lol.

Recently purchased a vinyl cutter which i will use to make stencils for most of the painting as i do not have knowledge of airbrushing as of yet.
Have to do some last minute x mas shopping tomorrow so i will be starting this tues or wed. depending on if i get anything good for x mas. More pics soon

Ideas, suggestions, tips, and criticism are always welcome :)

Amazing, subscribed... please add a lucky part that doesn't let ozzy skip performances (cough...Cleveland!!!)

If this turns out half as good as you have it shown, very nice... just thinking if there is anything low budget to get away from the normal boxy look...embossed crosses of somesort...ah, you'll figure it out as you go!

Unfortunately i got little sick x-mas eve after getting stuck out in the woods on my snowmobile so i will be starting this project a little late. But here are some pics of the parts, i took them on a orange backdrop to make them easier to crop but forgot that many of the parts are clear, so my plan kinda backfired. I went really cheap on the case, think it was like $20 or something, but i just wanted a cheap case with no vents on the sides which is apparently hard to find.

The case, mouse, keyboard, and speakers. The keyboard, mouse and speakers will be painted to match the case.

I myself don't have all the skills either, which is one of the main reasons I'm doing this mod. The best way to learn is hands-on i say, and always remember JFGI (http://acronymfinder.com/acronym.aspx?rec={76F156E0-ED61-4487-B683-6F322389A60D})!

this looks to be awsome...

here is an idea

http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc219/jjdog711/ocf/Leftcopy.jpg

in this pic for inside the cross instead of doing the background like that make it modders mesh jet black and put a 120mm fan behind it and have ozzy painted on the mesh

in case anyone is confused here is a pic of the materials that will be used on the case:
http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc219/jjdog711/ocf/ozzy/Leftsideexplained.jpg
The background in the above pic is just a pic of computer guts, so it looks more realistic.

Unfortunately you can't see thru the modder's mesh i have very well and i wanted to have a window in the side of the case. As for the 120mm fan, the fans themselves are not loud but when it is in the middle of the case i find that the fan hole lets all the sound of the HSF out, causing the case to be much louder. This case is too small for water cooling so 3-4 80mm fans will have to do it, the case only came with a fan hole for 1x80mm lol.

Updated design pics above to include the right side of case.

I just set my vinyl cutter software to trace the black in the images and it will cutout a stencil so i can make sure everything is perfect.

I finished cutting and weeding all of the vinyl stencils today, will hopefully begin cutting tomorrow (snow day if I'm lucky). Plenty of pics below, the vinyls turned out great.

My cutting setup, my glass kitchen table with a desklamp under it works great for weeding:

Side panel ready for cutting:

A sticker for the project:
http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc219/jjdog711/ocf/ozzy/vinyls/ozzysticker.jpg

I couldn't help myself so i made a custom OCF Team 32 bumper sticker:
http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc219/jjdog711/ocf/ozzy/vinyls/ocfsticker.jpg

If all goes well tomorrow i'll have the side panel cut and will update. The vinyl cutter is amazing for cutting stencils, forget cutting them by hand and pick-up a vinyl cutter is my advice.

Great case idea. Just wondering why did you spell his name wrong on this sticker. (http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc219/jjdog711/ocf/ozzy/vinyls/ozzywindowtext.jpg)

Wasn't really sure if you knew or if you did it to see if anyone would notice.
