Deleting partitions in Win2K

I've just stuck an 8gig HD into my Win2K system from a friends computer, everythings working fine except he had it separated into 4 partitions. I'm new to W2K and can't figure out how to delete these partitions and claim it back as one HD. I'm not used to not having dos to work in so could someone help me out ? :)

NOTE : my main HD is in NTFS and the second is in basic FAT -

right click my computer
click on manage
click on storage\disk management
then select drive \ action \all tasks \delete ( or just rclick on druive and see)
delete them all off
then action \ all tasks \format
