The main reason to go with an nVidia board is SLI support, and the unlinked FSB:RAM option. If you don't plan on utilizing either of those two than you might as well get a P965/P35 chipset board.
 
I really like the unlinked FSB-memory feature of the Nvidia chipsets but I really recommend a P35 chipset based motherboard right now. Since you're not doing SLI the only other exception to that recommendation is if you're using low performing memory and need to underclock it. With 800 and higher, go for a P35.

The one you noted on ClubIT looks like a good buy for you. :beer:
