A question that's been asked 100 times, but I can't remember what it was...

Ok I remember it being asked, but as I don't remember what it was exactly and it's answer I'm asking it yet again.

Ok I boot fine at 133/133, but it doesn't load windows. It hang right after the "searching for boot ...etc...OK" and then "normally" proceeds to load windows at the windows splash screen.

I know there are multiple reason for this to occur, but I can't remember them all. Please refresh my memory so I can think of best direction to go to get it going at 133/133. The system specs are in the signature...it's the top one... if any other info is needed let me know. i'm even thinking of *gasp;shutter* of taking the dragon orb3 off and doing the L7's, but only if you all think's that's the best direction to go in ...first.

Not sure what your experiencing.
Is it trying to boot from cd before it goes to hard drive?

no it boots from the hard drive..it searches for boot record (eer somethign like that then has "...OK"

an then proceeds with loading windows and normally the splash screen is what I see right after the "...ok"

But when I try to boot at 133/133 it hand just before the windows splash screen

try increasing the vcore.

just fixed the same problem on my friend's computer! I installed a new video card and when i left the room he tried to install the drivers! He really screwed up the machine so when we restarted it the same thing happened. I just reversed the clock to yesterday and reinstalled the vid card and drivers and everthing worked!
