asus rma motherboard

hello
i never did a rma before and had to do one for my motherboard . can
someone please tell me how long it takes for them to get back to you
after thay get the motherboard. i sent it out on 12/17 so thay should
have it by now. so do thay send me email or do thay just fix it and send it back... thanks for your help...

usually 2-3 weeks, I think they say 10 business days from the time they get your board, and yes you should get an email when they ship the new board
