budget p35 mb advice

clubit.com has some mb on sale (some have to deal with rebates)
and I would like to build a pc with a dual core cpu, can anyone comment
on these, i was going to get the

memory, and would like to overclock a bit, but want to get the best mb
for the sub 70ish range. I am a gamer (HL2, UT04 and maybe Ut03) but not that into it to spend > $100 on a mb.

the msi is prolly going to be the better choice vs the IP35V. since the ip35V is a new board, i would have told you look at the IP35-E. the NV board is a good choice if you need something with onboard vid. as the NV board only has single channle for the ram, seems they had some issues with that chipset. getting the dual channle ram working correctly.

so the price is alluring me, th abit is only 63

Is there anything different on the IP35V compared to E? The only difference appears to be a different heatsinks.

some think its has a P31 chipset and not P35. its a hard call since abit states in the spec sheet for it, that it is P35. i would think the IP35V is replacing the IP35-E but thats still unknown...
