I have the PS3 GOTY Edition, and I was just wondering were I can find elven armor, I'm getting bored with my Lesser Madness Armor....its breaking on me and my funs are...limited, So I'm looking for some Elven to replace it. I'm still at a low level so It doesn't drop in loot does anyone unimportant have it on (meaning is there someone I can kill and take it from their body who isn't very important.) If so could you give me a name and/or location?

Get your level up, better stuff starts dropping. The more you level up the higher level monsters will be and the higher level stuff you get. I believe elven stuff is 11+ lvls, but totally not sure.

Welcom and elven armor becomes more plentiful (not area/ person specific) as you progress (quoted above) and level up. For light armor at the early stages, glass kicks arse :).

Just to clear things up...
Oblivion wiki (sorta) (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Base_Armor#Leveled_List_Info)
The following table describes the minimum level at which an armor type begins to show up for the player; lower level armor will also randomly appear.
Level Light Armor Heavy Armor
1 Fur Iron
3 Leather Steel
6 Chainmail Dwarven
10 Mithril Orcish
15 Elven Ebony
20 Glass Daedric
Also, before you make your long term character, read this page about leveling:
Under/Over Leveling (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Leveling)
I really screwed up and had to start over the first time as even the Bear killed me.

What part of being a vampire requires you to cheat? Just curious.

You'll soon find that Elven Armor isn't that great.
