Recommend video card for HD DVD/Blue-Ray

I'm in the market for a new video to go with my Q6600 and ASUS P5B Premium. I don't play any games. I only wish for this card to play at HD DVD and Blue-ray discs at high resolution. My budget is $250. Thanks.

i have to say the ATI 3850 fits for this or the NV 8600GT.

I run a 7600GT using dvi out to hdmi cable on a 52inch projection tv. Awesome picture.
