Dissapointed with NICX. Question about MIR.

I bought an 8800gt off ncixus.com on the 26th and I have a MIR saying that I need an invoice by the 31st (Monday) and all I have is this "agreement" and i don't think that it is an invoice. Do you think if they finally bill me on the 32nd will the MIR still be valid or will i have to cancel? I don't mind them shipping it a couple days late, but if the MIR doesn't work then its just not worth it.


they have yet to even tell me the item is in stock when their website says it is in stock. Overall im very disappointed in the store, they keep claiming its the mad boxing day rush thats delaying them but both Newegg and ClubIt have already shipped my items and they had a day less.
