Will the PEP66t work on the Asus A7V-133 normally or do I have to topmount the fan?

Is the PEP66t w/ Delta 30cfm fan suitable for an Athlon 1.4Ghz?

Hi Frank,
I think that the best setup is with the fan on top of the HS, preferribly with a nice blowhole ;) is what I'm using now.
