EVGA 680i CPU Values Grayed out?

Hello, my buddy just built a new PC and is looking to OC his E6750, He has the EVGA 680i Board and from what i can understand, the options to increase the FSB are greyed out and unselectable. I have no experience with this board and am not within driving range of his place so i cant help him out -_-. Has anyone heard of this or a similar problem? Im thinking theres some option you need to change, but like i said i have no experience with this board. Thanks a ton to whoever replies.

620 watt Corsair P/S
