P35/X38 FSB limiter?

I found this advertisement and what caught my eye was their bragging about the X38 chipset and get this.... quote "features the latest high-end Intel® X38 Express Chipset, with optimized system memory capabilities, chipset over-speed protection removed for maximum over-clocking" end quote

Very interesting,
I knew that fsb limiters were coming, but I never expected it would be something that you could turn off or remove.
I never heard anything about it till I saw the add for a certain sff pc
I am so glad that Intel decided to relax a bit when it comes to overclocking..
they now realise that overclocking is more of a sport and an artform than a way for a few scoundrels to sell a remarked cpu, and realising that some overclockers don't mind spending a few extra $ to get something that allows overclocking to the max
