Hi!
what cpu you planning on using. check out svcompucycle.com for some good deals on hsf. I think most people will say sk6 with a screamer.

Water cooling is the best selection but you asked for air but I must recommend water cooling since it is the #1 best cooling and very quiet and no much expensive from the top 2 there. Plus water cooling can be "transformed" into sub zero cooling since peltiers can be added and go down to sub zero temperatures. Did I mentioned it's really quiet? ehehe
As for air cooling you got to make sure the Swiftech will fit your board and the Alpha PAL too.
I would recommend the Glaciator II if your going to go air because it is quiet and it'll fit your board and its copper.
Just keep in mind that these are all copper and some weigh near 2 pounds so you should get a shim for your core which will prevent it from damaging the core in anyways and may add better contact with the core.

I'd say a Glaciator of GlaciatorII.... best cooling with noise thats a lot lower than an SK6.

The Glaciator's clip looks menacing to use. I'm looking towards either the Swiftech 370 or the SK6. Is a shim really necessary? Both are just under or just over 1 pound so that doesn't sound too bad. I want to spend the least amount of money possible.
Since I'm planning to get the 80mm Delta, I think the model was 813VHE, how will the performance fair out on an aluminum hs?
