I setup my first water cooling setup and I used an Alphacool Flow Indicator in the loop, and the flow indicator leaks. It leaks from the plastic end & the plastic body. I just removed it from the loop, I don't think that it is worth it to have it in the system.

Anyone else have any problems with leaking Flow Indicators? It started leaking the first couple of hours, so I think they are junk!

i would not put a flow Indicator in the loop eny way as it just adds restrition just scrap it
oh and:welcome:to the forums

there is a built in flow meter in my unit but it just adds restriction trying to spin the propellor although it does let you know its moving... there is an alarm built in also
