K, I am only looking for a specific Mp3 Player rather than the newest, biggest, costliest....

The only reason I want an Mp3 Player is cause, I dont want to stay in front of my computer all day long just to hear music.

I dont need a Mp3 Player where you can BURN a CD and then play it, rather those Memory Stick types. Hate wasting CDR media when I know I will get bored of it soon.

I will hardly ever listen to more than 15 songs in the player, but more than 10. So that equals to a 64MB Memory Stick.

To transfer Mp3 from Computer to Mp3 Player, USB or even a parallel port is ok.

I would hardly use the Mp3 player when I go out, cause the Car Radio is good enough (Love Canada). So if its ugly I dont care.

I intend to play it in my room, instead of using the headphones (Hate sticking a headphone on my ears, it starts hurting). I intend to plug it into my Speakers (Altec Lansing ACS43 Speakers with its own Power Supply)

For power to the Mp3 Player, I rather have an AC Adapter than AA batteries, so it can never die.

Oh, and the cheaper the better.

So any suggestions? I cant get any more specific than this :)

well this will miss one of your specs, but i have the sony sport 64meg one [got mine from crutchfield.com]. it was 200, doesn't have a removable memory card, shock-free, etc. the transfer is done with usb, using the software sony supplies. the one drawback is that it uses a single AA battery (though it DOES last one heck of a long time, i use mine in the gym for hours per day, and i don't catch myself replacing the battery often). good luck
