5°C drop with one fan

I wasn't happy at all with my temps (45 idle-58 running toast on a glaciatorII, I think it just needs to be reset but i don't have any ASII) so i took the case side off but their was no drop so i zip tied a 92mm sunnon fan blowing on my HSF and hey presto i got a
5°C drop in temps and not much noise i am going to try it with a 120mm 120vac fan i have lying around and see what happens(the beauty of the 120mm is it will also blow on my GeForce 2)

Hmm good one but I don't think the 120mm will work as good as the 92mm as they have a specific "spot." to blow and it might now blow directly in the middle of the heatsink so you might gain another few degrees or something but worth a try!
