windows internet explorer(i belive its in the right catagory) ;)

why is internet explorer not refreshing the pages. when i go to the site in order to see the new page i have to manuly refresh it. it never has dont this and i have never changed any settings except add proxy servers.

could be your proxy, but 1st check and make sure that under
tools\internet options\general\temporary internet settings\ settings

that u have "automatically" checked and that your cache size is like 850 mb,

also delete files under your temp inter net files, your cache may be full
