Cant get it to work!!!!!

I have an AMD K6-2 500. Tried to overclock it to 550. Posts but does not boot. I keep getting a windows protection error or himemsytem something or rather. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Raise the core voltage by 0.1V. You need good cooling also. K6-2 CPUs are not good overclockers.
