Check out Dangerden (http://www.dangerden.com). They have one of the best blocks around made for the P4. You can even get a version for single or dual peltiers.

Oops I thought the mounting was the same. You can still email Dangerden and see if they are working on a socket 472. Does your motherboard have 4 mounting holes like the athlon boards and socket 423 boards? If it does you can always make a lexan clamp to mount just about any block to your board.

Here is a great socket 478 waterblock.
Z4 Socket 478 (https://www.overclockershideout.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=o&Product_Code=ZAS&Category_Code=WB)
I have used the socket A version and got great results.
