Whats up with this?

Unlocked my t-bird using pencil trick .7mm lead
I can only lower the multipler from 8.5 to 8.0 going to 7.5 is a no no and 9.0 is a no no
what is up with this?????
Is it something with the lead?

yeah sounds like you need to redo the L1 but you may do better with the lower multipliers and higher fsb speed. try it first b4 you get mad.
