abit's AW9D is also reported to work with Wolfdale, again don't know about Yorkfield.

Yeah not bad at all.

Seems there aren't many DDR2 4Gb kits (2x2Gb seems like an ideal upgrade to match a Wolfdale) out there to match the 1333 bus speed though. Any recommendations?
