I have tried going into safe mode and everything and i dont know what to do. Does anyone know what could cause this but right before i shut here down i installed a divx codec could that be the problem and if so what should i do? But i cant bot at all even in safe mode. please help me?

When you say you installed a new fan what exactly do you mean?

i meant a new fan and heatsink on the cpu but it all looks good and no errors in bios

Boot into bios and check the cpu temp in the bios and watch it for a few mins until it stops rising, if it gets to over 50c shut it off.

well it likes to sit around 47 but i dnt think that is good for a sk6 with a ystech 40cfm fan on it

47c does seem high for a bios reading.
Well you can put you other heatsink on or try putting the sk6 on again.
Did you use the "pad" that comes with the sk6 or thermal compound?

remove the pad if you havn't already, and replace it w/ some good Thermal Goo, like ASII or AA. Also, make sure your heatsink is seated correctly.

Conflicts, Take out every single thing except your Videocard

see if it works, Most likely it's your soundcard.

actually i had as2 on it but the clip is kindaa broken on my heatsink so i put another one in and it touched the core and now it works just dandy
