funky mouse...

dunno when this happened, but lately my microsoft intellimouse explorer has been really unaccurate, as in i'll point to something and not get to it, etc etc. I'm sure we've all faced this problem at some point or another. My question to you is what to do - mod the mouse, return it, bitch at microsoft, what? It's acting really weird, ala the cord constantly seeming to pull it away and the like when it didn't before....

Yeah, this isn't an overclocking issue, but not everything is, now is it? Thanks in advance, this is probably the nicest forums i've ever been a member of, I've never once seen a flame here...

Have you cleaned the bottom surface yet? try that with water and a soft cloth if that don't work try to return it or exchange it (for a logitech!)

BTW: I have gotten help with ocing issues here, but I've gotten much more help about other problems!

Try cleaning the mouse if it has a ball, and try a different surface if it is optical (check to make sure nothing is covering the sensor too!)
