Those Who Have The Abit IX38 Quad Gt R U Happy?

Hi Everyone:

The more I read the more I get nervous, worried, frustrated, and confused. I just purchased that board and then read a poor review by I think its clunks. Sorry if I messed that up. Some others are not really impressed with it either.

Then I just read about the Foxconn Blackops board. Man what’s a guy to do. This is my first build but I want to get the best board now and spending the extra cash is not an issue. What’s the thought out there?

i would hang out for a few bios releases, not all the time will the bios be really polised for ocing. i went thru the same thing with my AB9-pro a year ago. i was shocked how well my IP35-Pro did when it came out. im kinda shocked about IX38 not doing so hot since abit seemed to be on a roll.

The best X38 board out there now is the Asus P5E. Newegg has it for $230.
