p5w dh strange undervolting

My computer just started giving me issues and its been stable at the settings I have had for a while. First my ram would randomly boot in single channel mode now my computer will boot with only 1 specific stick out of the two even though that stick works in another computer. Reset my bios to default values now im trying to figure out what is going on. The CPU refused to overclock so I checked the vcore and its showing 1.12 to 1.15 on auto so I tried to up the voltage to 1.35 and the voltage showed up at 0.9 volts! I jacked the vcore all the way up to 1.675v and its now reading 1.26v in speedfan. I checked the power connections and around the motherboard for shorts but didn't find anything.
I thinking there could be something wrong with the northbridge.

could be the ps if you have another one you could try if not maybe rma time
