DISSOLVED,
Check out this thread (http://discuss.madonion.com/forum/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=techdisplayadapters&Number=375&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=0&fpart=1)
Well while the amd 760 chipset is solid its not near as fast with memory thruput as some of the others.
Your best bet is to mess with sandra's memory benchmark and adjust your bios memory timings to get the best score you can then up your fsb as far as that can go stable.
Roadrunner gets such a high 3d mark score because he is using a kt-266a chipset board with fast memory timings at 170mhz fsb.
I bet his sandra memory score would be very high.

heres my ss mem score.. my ecc is disabled.. rest info in sig..
so can anyone help me out?
Set your memory timing's in the bios to the lowest numbers.
Then if your cpu is unlocked lose the overclock on your video card and drop your cpu multiplier and see how high a fsb you can get that is stable.
Then set your cpu multiplier to where your cpu will be as close to it's top speed with that fsb then start overclocking your video card.
If you have already done this then that's the best you can do with what you have.
This is my sandra score this is why with a slower card I score higher.

10.5 my highest fsb ive got stable was 146~148mhz
768mb of crucial 2100 isn't going to do a very high fsb without a good amount of voltage.
I could get 2x256 just under 160mhz with 2.7v.

Did you set your video card back to default no oc?
Here is what worked well for me on my amd 760 board.
phlimit-16
idle-8
trc-8
trd-2
tras-6
cas-2
trcd-2

so after about 45mins of re~flashing and flas bios time after time i got it to work and its working ok..

well i had to do so to get default bios, so i could flash the new ones.. im not that dumb.. at least i hope so neways...
anyone could offer some harder support? ill donate one of my psu's or something if i can get a strong scoure of help maybe..
Drop the overclock on your video card if you have not already.
Overclocking the fsb will often mean you can't overclock your video card as high.
If I were you I would pull one of the memory sticks out so your to 512mb.
If you mess with the memory settings you can set them too fast and the pc won't boot. Clearing the cmos should reset the bios to default settings.
2.7v is not in anyway dangerous with crucial even without heat spreader's.

I have tried to help him privatly ,this has me stumped ,he only gains like 3-400 points with overclocking?I gain over a 1000,I think he should have a much larger gain then what he does ,maybe you should just cllock it about half of what you have it clocked now and see what happens, maybe its just getting errors and loseing points.

Omg... i have agp overvoltage... and i tryed 2.6 & 2.7v @ same oc and i lock up everytime.. but 2.5v doesnt.... so upping the voltage locks 3dmark2k1 up ? =(
My ddr Will NOT do over 140mhz(280) i tryed upping the voltage on that also, 2.6 and 2.7v and i get blue screened...
my DDR is Very hot @ 140mhz default timings..
so the next thing im gonna try is uping the timings on what i have below in my sig..
im gonna see if ill run stable @ 16-8-8-2-8-2-3 @ 2.5v... then ill try 2.6 & 2.7 and see if i can get stable at any of those compnations...
Also... i added rad fulid to my water setup, cuz i was just useing distilled water, and my res temp dropped about 2-4c but cpu temp is the same (so im gonna get a dd5 and see if my mobo temp is wrong)
hope im giving enough info as possible.. if anyone would like to contact me personaly, email/aim me i have that info in my profile on here.

Crucial memory should at least do 150Mhz. On my setup, i can do 155Mhz without problems but after that, XP wont boot. Now, if only i had a KT266a chipset. At 133Mhz this is what i get :(
