I'm looking for the "best" mb nowadays for around $100 for a c2d with 4gb ram and a single video card.

So far I'm looking at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128059
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813130082
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130098

Is there a clear winner here or are they all about the same in terms of performance?

I probably won't oc unless performance becomes an issue.

I prefer to stay away from asus boards if possible, but I would be willing to use one if their current offerings surpass everything else out there.

I googled for a comparison, but couldn't find a recent one for these three boards.

Thanks in advance!

Id pick the gigabyte out of those 3. Gigabyte is owned by Asus isnt it? I just picked up an Asus P5K for my dad's rig, solid mobo for just over 100, so I'd recommend that one as well.

Abit IP35-E,has $30 mir making it $59.99, if you can wait the 6-8wks. the Abit IP35 is another good one if you need raid and firewire, other wise any of the Gigabytes under $100 will do.

Double that, that is an absolute steal for that board...the Gigabyte is a nice board as well

The MSI Neo2 has the most features (the RAID+ 2 PCI-e being the most appealing to me). If your not gonna use it though the IP35-e for 60 after MIR is the best choice IMO.

The DS3L is a good board as well, I think the MSI Neo2 with the options is a better choice, and the IP35-3 because it's so cheap (and it's a great board too). One really isn't better than the other if your not OCing. If you plan on using SLi then obviously the MSI with the nvidia chipset is your only choice. If your planning on single card though I think the P35 chipset is better...although your not OCing so the difference will not be noticeable.
