pathetic raid-0 scores in sisoft

ok, i'm out of ideas here. i have dual ibm 60gxp 20gig 7.2k drives in a raid-0 setup. the first time i ran sisoft's benchmark, i scored around 34000. since then, i've been at around 22000. i went with the latest raid controller drivers for xp, no help. i don't have any problems with the drives, it's just that the scores now have me stumped. any ideas? tia :confused:

Are u using ATA100 cables cuz ata 33/66cables will crumple ur scores

yes, i'm using the cables supplied with the mobo (that COULD be a problem, i guess). i have rounded ata100 cables on the way. that still doesn't explain why i got a somewhat decent score before? :confused: i use xp's defrag religiously. stumped :confused:

Sisoft's RAID scores are horrible at best. I don't know why, I don't think it likes the dual channel thing, but it's nowhere near accurate.
