Also, using a Millennium Glaciator 1, what kind of overclocking results could I expect?

this is the psu i got in my system its a 400w but its only 29 bucks (plus shipping)

now the resson i bought this was because i thought i might as well get a 400 in case i want to do anything in my comp i wont be short on power and also because it comes with a spare 4 connecter so if u get a p4 MOBO (dont know why u would) u wont need a new PSU BUT i dont know how much power this really has sence its only 30 bucks its a bit fishy but it has like 6 or 8 power connecters (i forgot i put them all together and forgot how many where there) and it has a big fan in the back that sucks out the hot air powerfull ****er too glad it has a grill..
also u might want to go with this case

its very nice i got that for a friend of mine and took out the 250 watt psu and put in the 400 watt one..
and here is the case i have...
lastly (for now) u might want to go with one of these 2 case
if u want the sony look go with this
http://www.abilitycomputers.com/product.asp?0=200&1=285&3=279
or this
http://www.abilitycomputers.com/product.asp?0=200&1=285&3=175
or this
http://www.abilitycomputers.com/product.asp?0=200&1=285&3=173
these last 3 all come with 400 watt PSU so u wont need to buy another one..
well if u have the money i would get an athlon xp they run cooler have sse witch will speed up alot of games and if u run seti@home they do work units quicker even at lower speeds then tbirds
EDIT: oh yeah and they oc really well too... i have had mine up to 1.6ghz from its default 1.33ghz
I've built three rigs at work with that Shuttle Mobo...they're VERY easy to setup...very painless install.
However, I haven't OCed with that board, so I can't tell you first hand how it does ;)

I agree with bobt17. Definitely go with an Athlon XP.
