For a pump, go with a MCP655 (Liang D5)
Tubing, I would recomend clearflex 60 1/2" ID 3/4" OD. Price vs Performance it's awesome tubing. You can get it for less than a buck a foot.

For barbs, use what comes with the block. You should be able to just cut the tubes on the heater core, and fit the tubing over them.

Hose clamps, your safest bet is to use 1" worm drive hose clamps.

also what resivour to use? ive seen the drive bay ones are they any good?

Here is a good Res, highly popular. A fill tube is cheaper and works just fine, but you need a plug for the T line, some fancy ones for $12 or a lab grade rubber plug works just fine. All these items I listed need to be ordered with the 1/2" OD fittings if you use 1/2" ID tubing.

A neater res, but more money

Pump, only one I'll really recommend for just about any setup

Your CPU chip cooler is good, but the Fuzion is rated a bit better

Hose, I suggest 1/2" x 3/4' hose made by Tygon, there is cheaper and still pretty good stuff out there.

Clamps, zip ties done RIGHT are good. The best, most reliable is

Coolant. Hmm that heater core I'm sure is copper I hope. I'd run 10% Toyota or VW/Audi antifeeze, it has some important stuff in it for corossion. And a biocide and anti-algae, search for them in the forum here. And the rest distilled water. There is no need to run fancy expensive fluids.

I don't run water yet. But I have researched and read for the last 4 months, and just ordered all my parts today in fact:santa:. So I'm not an expert, but have learned from all these fine folks what is good and bad.

Res are all about personal taste. I actually have a res and t-line in my loop. The res is for looks and extra coolant and the T-line is to make it easy to fill.

The easiest long term solution is a t-line. It can be a real pain to bleed the air out of a t-line though, so be prepared for some frustration there.
