Can't get Omega Drivers Installed

Cisco I can't get omega drivers to install
It says the following
Cannot find file C:\temp\omegaxp1086\setup.exe
(or one of its componets). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
I am running xp pro. I did the device manager and it searched for oh around 30 minutes in the file I specified and came back with nothing. I downloaded the omega from the omegacorner.com
It says on the site that it makes the 8500 drivers compatible with all other video cards. So I downloaded the 8500 drivers from the ati website, still a no go. I'm a bit lost here

SWEET!! Got Omega Drivers installed.
Boosted my 3dmark2001 up to 3300
with a LE.. This is cool
Now I have a bit of Bios tweaks to do
Im gonna get 3500 can already feel it

About 300 points
If I get my processor unlocked the right way
Guess I didn't get enougn lead on the bridges (can only go from 8.5 to 8.0 can go any lower or higher)
I should get at least 3500 if not more

I installed the omega drivers on my radeon ve and my scores on 3DMark2k1 went down about 500 points. whats up with that?
