I've seen a few posts asking this question, and it can be a little tricky to the uninitiated, so I made a few drawings. Hope this helps!

If you don't see all these options then you probably have the GTS, and need to modify the .cfg file. It is located in the same folder as the .exe file, and you need to modify it so that this line-

G92 = 610h-61Fh

Gets changed to this-

G92 = 610h-61Fh, 600h-60Fh

Once you get the Hardware Monitor open you still might not be able to see everything you want to.

1. Press 'Setup'
2. Press 'Plug-ins'
3. Check the ADT plug-in (and the vidmem plug-in if you want to monitor video memory usage in XP...doesn't work in VISTA). Other plug-ins are also available, and clicking on the item will bring up a description of what the plug-in does. Press 'OK' once you select all the plug-ins you want to use.
4. Go through and look at all the new items you just enabled, and pick the ones you want to monitor.
