Maybe we should conduct an 800 member raid upon their forum. :D

Just kidding froggies. Enjoy it while you can, though. We have some ****y people in here with good paychecks, high limit credit cards, and a fetish for cruncher-building, so you'll be seeing us again. :p

Good ones, you guys.....we "just" need a little push so we can keep with those damn frogz.....their top 2 members (both with 50,000+ WU ) have been very quiet lately. BOth of them use to produce 1,500+ WU each day.....the rest of the team produces around 1,700-2,000 WU.

So, if we can normally produce 2,000 WU each day, we can keep them at bay, until they crumble beneath all the pressure :)

SO.....*****doing a little reverse rollin and squishing, splatting and in general fragging the frog*****speed up guys and gals!!!!!

One of our top guy's as retired from SETI and the other is preparing for a BIG BIG dump.

When I say a BIG dump, I'm not talking about 1000wu's that's peanuts. :)

You guys are funny! Is all the talk some sort of overcompensation complex? What is it that you are trying to compensate for?

that is strange
350 pcs in a network without a dedicated line
most likely some kind of renderfarm....

hello all, just thought I would poke in and see what was up over here. I read thru the thread here and thought I would answer a few questions...

-Not quite 350 machines, but getting there, even I don't know about all of them becuase I didn't set all of them up.

-Not all of the machines are here, in fact, only 5 (6 as of tomorrow) are really mine. The rest are crunching on my behalf.

-The reason it seems like I don't have a dedicated connection is because I use a program called SETIQueue. For a farmer (as in SETI Farm) such as myself, the program is a miracle. It acts as a proxy server for the clients on the machines. When a client (SETIDriver) asks for a WU, it asks my SETIQueue machine rather then the Berkeley servers. When a client sends a result file, it sends it to my SETIQueue machine rather then Berkeley. I then have control over how/when/how many WU's get transmitted to Berkeley.

Anyway, the race is shaping up nicely, remember, we only have one rule over at the Pond and that is HAVE FUN.

Crunch On!

SETIQueue sounds like SETIGate... Proxy server and all!

Oh yeah... You frogs only have 1 more day till the end of the year. Better hurry if you are going to pass us by then! :)

it is pretty much just like SETIGate, I haven't looked into that program tho as I found this one and it seems to work well. :)
