VIA KT 133 Chipset, Does it suck?

I got a trinity 400 mobo with a celly 900 and 512 of Micron PC133
sandra sez it is 30% slower then it should be is my chipset sucky or is my memory Poor Quality by the way the chip is running at 100 FSB and the mem is 100FSB +33.

The KT133 chipset is not really a good chipset and can not obtain the 133mhz FSB that it is supposed to, this resulted in Via releasing the much improved KT133a chipset
