VIA KT133 with 512 Micron PC133 does it suck?

I got a trinity 400 mobo with a celly 900 and 512 of Micron PC133
sandra sez it is 30% slower then it should be is my chipset sucky or is my memory crappy? by the way the chip is running at 100 FSB and the mem is 100FSB +33.

I have two boards with kt133: one blows ram benches right out, the other is about 20% ( approx) lower: the faster one will run at cas2, slower won't take it with the oc and runs cas3.

I'm not sure exactly where the fault lies, but the faster of the two is an Abit mobo.
